On 14 January 2010 launched a public campaign aimed at the general public, especially to crime victims. The purpose of the proposed campaign is to disseminate information on the rights of victims of the offenses.
The theme of the campaign is not the matter of damages, but these issues are part of the situations of many people who fall victim to crime and seek to obtain compensation for losses suffered and suffering.
Conducting a campaign is planned in the period from January to November 2010. The campaign began with a press conference at which the Minister of Justice Krzysztof Kwiatkowski invited all those who actively engaged in the implementation of the present campaign, including representatives of the media. This conference was made aware of those affected by the consequences of crime, that there are many individuals and institutions established to help them and that they should not close with his problem at home.
The campaign slogan is "Know your rights. Exit from the shadows. Let me help you. "
On the campaign website can be found inter alia, where victims can seek help, the aid programs have been prepared for them and what help can benefit.
